In 2006, Gregg established Home Smart Inspection Services and earned the title "ASHI Certified Home Inspector" (#250600). It is the logical next evolution in his career to provide his extensive knowlege of homes to people who need a "Smart Home Resource".

Over his career, Gregg has designed and built custom homes while providing personalized customer service with attention to every detail.

He started his career working on Miller Builders' construction crew. His skills developed quickly and was promoted to construction foreman then site supervisor. Gregg gave his clients personal attention working with them to design and build their dreams. His experience also includes years of residential renovations and repairs.

With his experience, Gregg purchased Miller Builders and continued to provide general contractor services in and around the Grafton, Ohio area.

Gregg maintains his skills with the latest in industry changes and advancements in home inspections through memberships in several trade organizations:
